Mister Cee Arrested For “Public Lewdness” … With A MAN!!???

The rumor mill is spinning outta control about legendary hip-hop DJ/ Hot 97 on air personality DJ Mister Cee being arrested last Wednesday for “Public Lewdness.” And although it is not specified as to what the act is, the allegations are swirling that Cee was in fact busted receiving oral sex from a tranny hooker.

Naturally, Cee is denying it. According to the hip-hop vet- who introduced the world to Big Daddy Kane & Notorious B.I.G. – he was alone in his car when he was detained.“Never was i in a car with anyone when i was detained.. The facts will come out and show what is being reported is totally untrue,” said Cee via his twitter account.

Jaden Smith Alive & Well.

Don’t know how or why, but there was an ILL rumor circulating the internet yesterday concerning Jaden Smith. Son of Will & Jada Smith, the child actor was said to have died in a snowboarding accident in Switzerland. (smh) Fortunately, these reports were false & the young lad is still alive & well.

Chris Brown Shows Out On Set Of GMA.

Chris Brown exploded in rage behind the scenes at “Good Morning America” this morning … smashing a window and storming out without a shirt … sources tell TMZ … and it was triggered by on-air questions about the Rihanna incident.
ABC sources tell TMZ … Brown performed and was interviewed by Robin Roberts live from the Times Square studio when she began asking about the infamous incident.

Brown tried to redirect the questions to focus on his album — but Roberts continued to ask about Brown’s legal issues stemming from the Rihanna incident.

We’re told after the interview, Brown freaked out, storming into his dressing room and screaming so loud, the people in hair and makeup became alarmed and called security.

We’re told Brown was out of control, and one source present tells us he smashed a window in his dressing room, and the glass shattered and some shards fell onto 43rd and Broadway.

We’re told by the time security rushed the area, Brown had ripped off his shirt and left the building, blowing off another performance he was supposed to do for the ABC website.

And sources say … on his way out of the building, Brown confronted a segment producer, got in his face and stared him down.   People from the show got in between Chris and the producer to diffuse the situation.

Remember — Brown is on probation for the felony beating and he’s required to obey all laws.

LATE BREAKING NEWS: Wyclef Jean Shot In Haiti.

 

Wyclef Jean has been shot in the hand in his native Haiti on the eve of presidential elections on the Caribbean island. The singer has been released from hospital after the shooting just after 11pm local time on Saturday in the city of Delmas, just outside the capital Port-au-Prince, the star’s spokesman said. Details of the shooting remain unclear, but Jean, who lives in the US, is a high profile supporter of presidential candidate and fellow musician Michel Martelly.

The American-Haitian singer’s own bid for president ended with an August disqualification. Haiti’s voters are due to go to the ballot box later today to pick a president to lead their country where anger with the government runs deep and nearly a million people are living on the streets.

Dr. “Quack” Murray STILL Blaming M.J.

A huge development in the Dr. Conrad Murray trial involving the death of Michael Jackson … the defense wants a first generation fingerprint of a broken syringe found in MJ’s bedroom the day he died … and our sources say they think it could prove that Michael killed himself.

Dr. Murray’s lawyers were in court this AM.  Among other things, they lasered in on a broken syringe that had rolled under Michael’s deathbed.  The defense wants a first generation fingerprint to determine who was handling it.

Defense sources tell us … Dr. Murray insists he did not break the syringe.  As TMZ first reported … the defense believes MJ caused his own death by giving himself a massive overdose of Propofol while Murray was out of the room.

Defense sources say … there were only two people in the room, and since Murray did not break the syringe, Michael must have handled it.

The defense is asking that the FBI deliver the first generation fingerprint.

Usher’s Sex Tape.

According to TMZ, word on the Blok is that Usher has a sex tape, which features activity between him & his ex-wife, Tameka Foster. Sources close to Usher — without specifically admitting the existence of a sex tape — tell us they believe this video could have been among the things Usher had stolen out of his car back in December 2009. Usher reported more than $1,000,000 worth of jewelry and electronics taken — including two laptop computers.

Donald Trump Warns Against Charlie Sheen.

Donald Trump says he warned Palm Beach socialite Moira Fiore not to let her daughter, Brooke Mueller, marry Charlie Sheen. Without naming Fiore, Trump told DC magazine Human Events editor Jason Mattera: “Charlie Sheen actually married the daughter of a member of mine from Palm Beach, the Mar-a-Lago Club. And I told the member, ‘You cannot let your daughter marry Charlie Sheen.’ I told her, I said, ‘Don’t let your daughter marry this guy. It’s the wrong guy.’ And she was impressed with Charlie Sheen . . . Isn’t it wonderful, and isn’t it great, and they had a beautiful wedding, and it’s a disaster. So she told me, ‘I made a mistake.’ She made a mistake, and she did make a mistake.”

Charlie Sheen Sues Warner Brothers.

The war between Charlie Sheen and his bosses is going nuclear. Sheen filed a multimillion dollar lawsuit against Chuck Lorre and Warner Brothers for breach of contract in Los Angeles Superior Court Thursday. The papers, filed by Sheen’s attorney Marty Singer, indicate he’s not only demanding payment for the scrapped Two and a Half Men episodes, but he’s also seeking damages on behalf of the show’s crew. Right as the news broke, Sheen, of course, tweeted: “#Fastball; Torpedo away… You corporate Trolls were warned. And now you’ve been served!”

The lawsuit states that: “Lorre, one of the richest men in television who is worth hundreds of millions of dollars, believes himself to be so wealthy and powerful that he can unilaterally decide to take money away from the dedicated cast and crew of the popular television series Two and a Half Men in order to serve his own ego and self-interest, and make the star of the Series the scapegoat for Lorre’s own conduct.”

Sheen, who’s seeking more than $100 million for the lost salaries plus punitive damages, alleges he put up with years of Lorre “humiliating, harassing and disparaging” him, and was punished by Lorre for speaking out after Lorre allegedly refused to write scripts to complete the 2010-2011 season.

“Warner Brothers capitulated to Lorre’s egotistical desire to punish Mr. Sheen and to stop work on the Series for the rest of the season,” the lawsuit states, “and used its powerful public relations machine to create a myth to justify their conduct by wrongly blaming Mr. Sheen.”

The lawsuit adds the studios violated Sheen’s “right to perform and receive compensation to which he is contractually entitled.”

As for Warner Brother’s claim that Sheen’s physical condition had deteriorated as part of its reason for firing him, Sheen’s lawsuit argues the firing was a violation of his employment rights for “alleged physical or mental disability.”

Warner Bros., CBS and Chuck Lorre have no comment on the filing. However, a source close to the production says that no Two and a Half Men crew members are knowingly a part of Sheen’s lawsuit.
