Well if you’re gonna skip court let it be a reason like this. I guess Chad Ocho Cinco Johnson has decided to let Evelyn Lozada go.. He skipped divorce court so that he can be with some mistress that sources say he has been seeing for months even while he was married to Evelyn

As previously reported, Johnson was spotted in Miami last week wearing a shirt reading “I just want to love you,” a message to his estranged wife, and when that didn’t work, Johnson went so far as to tattoo her face onto his calf.

But it appears that all of his grand romantic gestures were for nothing, and on Thursday Johnson finally threw in the matrimonial towel and officially filed his divorce papers.

So, what changed his mind? Perhaps a passionate sleepover with his mistress!

According to an eyewitness, a red Volkswagen complete with a Miami sticker on it was parked overnight outside the home Johnson shared with Lozada, who has still to remove her clothes and belongings from the property.

The car belongs to Bianca Zuluaga, the woman Radar exclusively reported to be Johnson’s mistress, and is registered in Zuluaga’s mother’s name.

According to Johnson’s own Twitter page, he was due in court Thursday morning, but as it turns out, decided not to show up, choosing instead to spend the morning with Zuluaga first at his home, then headed out for some breakfast at Johnson’s beloved IHOP.

Zuluaga, who refers to Johnson as “Chocolate” confirmed this on her own twitter page, first tweeting “You know you’re a chocolate addict when you ate some last night, and eat some as soon as you wake up in the morning.”

Then later, tweeting “iHop with my lover… yummm fattening.”

People close to Chad say they don’t even recognize this dude anymore. One female close to the Johnson family said ” Chad was always a family guy Mommas boy, real close to his mother and always cared about what his mom thought. Chad used to eat sleep and breathe football  but he stopped caring  to give it up for the life of women and reality tv”

Tiki Barber’s “Girlfriend” Defends Their Relationship.

Tiki Barber‘s girlfriend, Traci Johnson, insists she and the ex-Giant didn’t get together until he’d split with his wife of 11 years, Ginny, who was then pregnant with twins. She writes on crushable.com: “I knew that Tiki didn’t leave Ginny when she was eight months pregnant for me. I knew that his relationship had deteriorated before my relationship with him was even a thought in his mind.”

Traci said she was shocked to find herself on The Post’s front page when we broke the story in April. She recalls “crying to Tiki . . . begging him to . . . scream it from the top of 30 Rock, to simply tell the world the truth because I thought it was destroying me, him . . . Elizabeth Edwards Fighting HARD Not To Allow Mistress To Become Stepmom.

Elizabeth Edwards is said to be determined not to let her husband’s mistress become her children’s stepmom.  Insiders tell us that John Edwards‘ estranged wife is investigating how – should she lose her battle with cancer – she can keep daughter Emma, 12, and son Jack, 10, away from Rielle Hunter, the woman who broke up her marriage.  “She doesn’t want Rielle anywhere near them,” says a source.

Friends say Elizabeth is exploring the option of having her 28-year-old daughter, Cate, raise them.  “She’s a smart and competent woman,” says a source, noting that, having graduated from Harvard Law School, Cate has been clerking in federal court in Alexandria, Va. She owns a Georgetown row house and has been in a longterm relationship with a resident at Georgetown University Hospital.  Hard as it is to face the worst-case scenario, Elizabeth “has been grooming Cate to take over,” says a source.  Another source says Elizabeth has been forced to confront the question of guardianship because her health has “taken a turn for the worse lately.”  Her sister, Nancy Anania Sims, disputes that she’s suffered a setback.  “She is in treatment,” Sims tells us. “But she’s doing well. She’s from strong Italian stock. She has more energy than I do.”

Sims also doesn’t believe John Edwards will marry Hunter, with whom he has a 2-year-old daughter, Quinn. even though he’s now legally separated from Elizabeth.  Hunter has said that she and Edwards used to dream about what wedding they’d have after Elizabeth was gone. But, at this point, Sims says, “I find it impossible to believe [they’ll marry]. That would surprise me.”  Sims doesn’t “think” Elizabeth has discussed Cate becoming her siblings’ guardian. But she corroborated that Elizabeth may be hoping to deprive her husband of custody.  “There are a lot of family members who are willing and able [to look after Jack and Emma],” says Sims, who might be one of them. “They’ll be well taken care of.”

John Edwards’ lawyer, Wade Smith, didn’t immediately return a phone call. But some attorneys who’ve been watching the Edwards drama believe that Elizabeth stands little chance of choosing Jack and Emma’s guardian.  “That’s ridiculous,” says New York attorney Peter Bronstein, whose star clients have included Guy Ritchie and Julian Schnabel. “The father would have the paramount right to succeed to the custody of his natural children.  “It would be very sad if Elizabeth Edwards isn’t around to see her children to adulthood. But she can’t rule from the grave and dictate whether they see their father and his girlfriend.”

The exception would be if the father was proven to be unfit – say, for instance, if Edwards were to go to jail. (A grand jury in North Carolina has been considering whether he illegally used campaign funds to cover up his affair with Hunter.)  “If a father was shown to be guilty of moral turpitude, he might lose custody,” Bronstein allows.  Would that include adultery?  “No,” says Bronstein. “If that were true, half the parents in America would lose their children.”

Tiki Barber BARRED From Twin Babies’ Delivery Room.

Tiki Barber’s estranged wife gave birth to his beautiful twin girls earlier this week — and bitterly barred the cheating grid great from the delivery room, sources told The Post. The retired Giants running back was forced to wait outside while Ginny gave birth at a New York hospital on Monday, insiders said. The Post first revealed that the heartless Barber had dumped Ginny — who was then eight months pregnant — so he could hook up with 23-year-old blonde Traci Lynn Johnson. “Tiki was at the hospital for the birth, but was not in the delivery room,” an insider said.

Dwyane Wade’s Wife Sues Gabrielle Union For “Emotional Distress.”

Dwyane Wade‘s bitter divorce battle from Siohvaughn Funches has become a whole lot messier.

The estranged wife of the NBA star is seeking $50,000 in damages against his new girlfriend, actress Gabrielle Union, whom she alleges has caused her two children emotional distress.

Funches claims the actress “engaged in sexual foreplay” with Wade in front of his sons, Zaire, 8, and Zion, 2, while on an unsupervised visit to his Miami home, according to the Chicago Sun-Times.

The suit also alleges that Wade’s oldest son was allowed to play unsupervised in or around the Miami home’s pool at night. Wade and Union allegedly ignored the child, whose “screams and cries” eventually caught the attention of Wade’s mother, Jolinda Wade.

In addition, the suit claims the younger son nearly drowned while in Wade’s care.

Wade allegedly orchestrated a meeting between Union and his children, where he introduced her as his “girlfriend” and said “that is why your mom and I are going to divorce,” according to the suit.

Funches claims Union’s “extreme and outrageous conduct” with Wade has caused her oldest son to seek medical treatment for stress and anxiety, as well as develop nervous habits, headaches and hair loss.

Wade, 28, recently filed for sole custody of the couple’s two sons, a move which reportedly prompted Funches to add Union to the lawsuit, reports Gossip Cop.

He says he is “shocked” by the “baseless and meritless” lawsuit filed by his ex.

“I am deeply saddened and disappointed that Siohvaughn has used our sons once again as pawns and is now lashing out at Gabrielle, who is an innocent party,” Wade tells TMZ.com. “It is clear that this is a desperate attempt to retaliate against me for seeking sole custody of our children and requesting that the court have her undergo a psychiatric examination.”

He adds, “My primary concern is my children and actions such as this only inflame the situation and are harmful to their well being.”

A rep for Union, 37, also denies the claims, saying, “Each and every allegation made is entirely false.”

“These false accusations were previously made approximately one month ago in family court. Not only was Ms. Union not named a defendant at that time but the court ultimately rejected these claims as frivolous,” the rep added. “Gabrielle apologizes to the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois for tying them up with erroneous claims when there are real victims who should be receiving the legal attention they need.”

Tiger Woods Confesses To Smashing 120 Women.

Tiger Woods confessed to sleeping with 120 women behind his wife’s back during more than five years of marriage, a tabloid reported Thursday.

But it was the one Woods left off his lengthy list that made Elin Nordegren pack her bags.

The Swedish stunner flipped out and gave Woods an earful after learning he had reportedly bedded nubile neighbor Raychel Coudriet, the National Enquirer reported.

“This is the worst betrayal ever!” Nordegren screamed over the phone as Woods was dining with pals after making his golf comeback at the Masters tournament earlier this month.

“I can’t believe you had sex with that girl in our own neighborhood. That’s it … I’m divorcing you.”

The Enquirer’s tipster told the tab “she was screaming so loudly that everyone at the table could hear what she was saying.”

“Tiger tried to deny it,” the source said. “But Elin yelled at him, ‘You’re lying! You’re always a liar! You’re a piece of (expletive).”

At that point, Tiger told Nordegren, “We’ll talk about it later” and hung up on his wife. When she called back, he hung up on her again – and stewed about it all through the rest of his meal.

Citing a source close to the couple, The Daily News reported earlier this month that Woods and Nordegren appeared headed for Splitzville.

“They’re saying divorce is her next move,” the source said.

The latest revelation by the Enquirer, which was the first to reveal Woods’ extra-marital affairs last November, may help explain why Nordegren finally flew the coop.

Nordegren was also reportedly disgusted that one of Woods’ alleged mistress was porn actress Joslyn James, the star of skin flicks like “Big Breasted Nurses.”

Coudriet, who is now 22 and lives in the same gated Orlando-area community as the disgraced golfer, met Woods when she was just 14. She told the tab that Woods “used and violated” her.

Nordegren has yet to say anything publicly about her husband’s fall from grace – or explain how Woods managed to seduce so many women without her knowing a thing.

Woods handed a four-page list of conquests to his wife while undergoing sex-addiction therapy at a Mississippi clinic, the Enquirer reported.

At the time, Woods was trying to prevent Nordegren from walking out on him – and taking their two kids and a big chunk of his fortune with her.

“The one mistress Tiger Woods never wanted exposed was Raychel,” the source told the tab. “He knew that she would be the one-night stand that could utterly destroy his marriage.”

Today, Oprah Has A One-On-One w/Sen. John Edwards’ Mistress/Baby Mama Rielle Hunter.

Former senator and presidential wanna-be John Edwards didn’t tell his wife, Elizabeth, the full story about his affair with Rielle Hunter until after he supposedly spilled his guts to ABC’s Bob Woodruff.

Hunter, in her first television interview since revealing juicy details about her life with Edwards in GQ magazine, told  Oprah Winfrey those who were really close to Edwards didn’t want the scandal-scarred politician to speak out.

“Everyone who was close to — well, who knew all the facts and knew the truth said, please don’t do that interview. Please don’t do that interview,” Hunter told Winfrey in an interview airing Thursday and seen in New York at 4 p.m. on WABC/Ch. 7.

“Elizabeth really wanted him to do that interview. She wanted him to say, you know, you’ve got to get out in front of it. You’ve got to, you know, say the truth and speak the truth,” Hunter continued with Winfrey. “And she didn’t know the truth. So it’s like you can’t do the interview and not speak the whole truth.”

In 2008, Edwards told Woodruff he cheated on his wife, but said Hunter’s child was not his. Edwards said then he couldn’t be the father based on the timing of the baby’s birth.

At the time close aide, Andrew Young, had been fingered as the dad.

Edwards eventually admitted to paternity of the child after Young wrote a book detailing the scandal. Young also revealed the existence of a sex tape starring Edwards and Hunter.

Hunter met Edwards in 2006 and eventually worked on his campaign. Edwards didn’t admit to the affair until August 2008, seven months after he quit his race for the White House, and while his wife was battling terminal cancer.

Winfrey’s interview with Hunter lands almost a year after Elizabeth Edwards appeared on the popular daytime show to talk about her book and her marriage to Edwards.

Elizabeth Edwards told Winfrey then she had “no idea” whether her husband was a new dad at the time.

“I’ve seen a picture of the baby. I have no idea. It doesn’t look like my children, but I don’t have any idea,” Edwards told Winfrey then.

Hunter told GQ Elizabeth Edwards’ book tour and John’s interview with Woodruff were “devastating to me. But I also knew it didn’t mean anything.”

“So you just said she didn’t know the truth. She knew that there was the affair?” Winfrey asked Hunter in the new interview airing Thursday.

“She didn’t know until after the interview,” Hunter said. “He came clean with her after that interview.”

The Hunter-Winfrey chat airs during the May sweeps, a key quarterly ratings period that will be used by some stations to set future advertising rates.
