Foxy Brown went back into hiding after she allegedly sparked a slug fest with her own posse in the lobby of a swank Manhattan high rise. The brouhaha began after Fox, who has been beset by legal troubles of late, blew off an interview with a reporter in which she was supposed to give her side of the story, a source said. Instead,she stayed put inside the apartment of Passengerz producer Sean Gill on 43rd St. – her address ever since her arrest last week for violating an order of protection by cursing out and mooning another woman on a Brooklyn sidewalk.
Finally, Fox came down around 8:30 p.m. Thursday – six hours after she was supposed to sit down with WNBC reporter Tom Llamas. And her mouth was on FIRE. “She was out of control,” the source said. “She was told to keep her voice down and to act right, but she didn’t want to hear any of it.” When building workers told Fox to pipe down, she pumped up the vile volume – prompting posse-members to put out an SOS call to her manager, Bernadette Brennan. Looks like actor Chris Tucker wasn’t in a rush to pay his taxes. The motormouth comic owes the IRS a staggering $11.5 million, it was reported yesterday. A tax lien filed in Los Angeles claims Tucker failed to pay Uncle Sam millions in 2001, 2002 and 2006 and hundreds of thousands more in 2004 and 2005, TMZ reported. That’s on top of $3.6 million the state of California says the 37-year-old owes them. Reps for Tucker, who was paid $20 million for each of the “Rush Hour” sequels, did not return messages seeking comment.

Times are still tough for Eddy Curry. A Chicago judge has issued an arrest warrant for the troubled New York Knicks center for the second time since June. The judge signed the warrant Monday after learning the ballplayer hasn’t paid nearly $200,000 of a $660,000 settlement for sex with an underage girl, court officials said Thursday. The payout stems from a 2001 case in which Curry, then 18, was sued for having sex with a 14-year-old girl. He agreed to the settlement in 2007. The arrears led a judge to issue an arrest warrant in June. That was revoked after Curry agreed to sign a new agreement and pay the balance. But Curry, 27, still hasn’t paid up, so he’s in trouble again. The injury-prone, 6-foot-11 center is deeply in debt despite an annual $10.5 million Knicks. Curry played just four games in the past two seasons. His lawyer, Mark Belongia, could not be reached for comment Thursday night.

It’s a hard-knock life for onetime hip hop mogul Damon Dash, whose TriBeCa duplex was sold yesterday at a foreclosure sale for $5.5 million. The auction in state Supreme Court was ordered after Dash was sued nearly two years ago for failing to pay the $78,504 monthly tab on a $7.3 million mortgage on two Manhattan apartments. Only the duplex, at 25 North Moore, fetched any interest, with the winning bid going to California-based finance firm Platinum Capital. The second apartment is at 79 Laight St.
