The drama unfolding around Heidi Montag has taken a rather unfortunate turn.
Cops were called Thursday to the home Montag shares with husband Spencer Pratt after her mother, Darlene Egelhoff, refused to leave their property.
“My mom just showed up to the house unannounced … and after what she did to me on national TV, I have no desire to see her,” Montag, 23, said.
The busty blond was referring to a recent episode of “The Hills” in which Egelhoff expressed disapproval in her daughter’s new look resulting from 10 plastic surgery procedures.
Montag, 23, said she immediately notified her personal security team when Egelhoff began “pounding on the door.”
According to Us Weekly, the reality star couple employs four former Marines for protection.
“Her showing up is completely out of line and psychotic,” Montag . “I’m getting a restraining order against her.”
